    • Shipping fee: ₹100 or free for orders above ₹1,500.
  • Express Shipping (Domestic):

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
    • Shipping fee: ₹250.
  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on the country and shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees. We will contact you to arrange reshipping.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Sparkle Diamond Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. However, if you experience such an issue, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
