1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including the Sparkle Diamond Gallery branded box and any tags or labels.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale."
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@sparklediamondgallery.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Refund Exclusions:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted, or the return may be refused.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@sparklediamondgallery.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the defect or incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
